The one, who always admired the Power, no wonder will always be a devotee towards it's source. And may be that explains the reason why such a person would always been found as an admirer of women. The power that female holds not just in their beauty, which can never be matched by anything that the nature presented on this earth till date, but in their heart as well. The moments which many other would want to run away from, she choose to go on with it, fight with it and make the effort of turning the world upside down to survive it that too while keeping those around her happy. Holding all of it on her own, without even letting them know about the fights she had and many more that she is having at present while she is being cheesy and clingy, even acting childish at times just to tickle others with a smile. Everyday we go through a lot and maintaining just one emotion/ feeling throughout the day seems impossible. Specially, when it comes to happiness in the current time. When everyone is so busy in so many things other than self improvement or just enjoying the present movement. Our lifestyle, living standard and what not is so much changed that we all created a virtual world around us in which we are the King/Queen. We are so no tolerant to any interfere whatsoever.
Instead of sorting things out, talking it through, we choose to simply push them away. We separate us from them, label them toxic and that's it. We create a wall around us thinking that if we will stay away we'll be happy. But unfortunately, it never happens because even when you separate them, create a wall, they are still in your head. It feels like there is some sort of weight in your heart. We don't feel relaxed even after doing all of it.
So, "What should we do then ?", you may ask. "Should we just let them ruin our mental peace ?" to which I just wanna ask a few things "is it their words that kill your peace or their presence or it's just a story about them that you created in your mind because you think that's what happened ? What it exactly is, just ask yourself. Anyways, enough of chasing the squirrels, let's come back to the original topic, can we access happiness, no matter in what situation we're in. A simple and short answer is yes, we can access happiness anytime. Now, the obvious question is how ? How can we do that ? Well, let's find out.

Accessing Happiness
Our mind is a powerful place. It stores everything that we go through on a regular basis. Even the things that we think we did not see or notice consciously, also get stored in our subconscious mind. The same goes for any experience or incident that we ever encountered and the feelings that are attached to it. It's all inside our head.
So, theoretically, if we want to be happy all we need to do is to go to a place in our mind where a moment of happiness is stored. And as we get the access to that place all we need to do is just open that happy moment and re-live it. And you know, what's the best thing about it ? Every time when you'll access that happy moment, whenever you'll visit it, that moment will just get better and better. The more you'll visit it the better it's going to be.
How to Access Happiness
In very simple words, just sit down, completely relaxed in a place. Make sure neither a person nor a thing need your attention. May be dim the lights, that'll add a little softness in the environment. And then just close your eyes and think of a moment when you felt really happy. A moment when you were feeling the best. A moment that you always want to re-live. And it could be anything. It could be a moment with your family, may be where everyone was just enjoying the moment, laughing, having fun. May be a moment in a marriage function where you were enjoying with your cousins and their gossip. A moment with your partner or with a pet.
It could be a moment from anything recent to a moment that happened years ago. "If it made you feel happy once, it's a moment worth remembering." Or may be just think of all those happy moments and then choose the best one. The more you'll search for the happiest moment the happier you'll start to feel even when you're just searching for it.
